Refund & Return Policy – AreonAir

At AreonAir, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return/refund policy under the conditions mentioned below.


7-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.


Eligible for Refund / Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.


Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with

  • Damage is caused due to improper use

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Minor differences in color/texture due to lighting or screen resolution

For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), return shipping will be covered by AreonAir.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
